The astute Scholar-Researcher started his teaching career as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Lagos in 1976 and rose steadily through the ranks to become a full Professor in October 1996. A versatile administrator, Professor Sofoluwe was a two-time Acting Head of the Department of Computer Science from 1989 to 1991 and 1994 to 1996. May his soul rest in peace.

Engr. Bonny Odiri was born Nov 25, 1947 and left us April 7, 2015. An intelligent professional, complete gentleman and a great team player. He mastered both the science of power engineering and the art of Business and Accounting.

Professor Joseph Funso Akingbade, born on September 9, 1940 and who sadly left us on May 7, 2017. We will remember him forever.
